I have never liked Okra or Bhindi as it is called in India. Infact I used to think how can someone like something like Bhindi π
Though I don’t myself eat it, I regularly make it as my husband loves Bhindi. It was his birthday couple of days back and I thought why not try Bhindi in a different way other than the regular recipe I make. Had seen a video somewhere about this Dahi wali Bhindi and trust me the Bhindi looked so tempting that I just had to make it.
Tried this recipe for the first time but I must say I was actually blown away by the taste. Not to boast of myself but it turned out so good that it was the star of the menu that day. If you like Bhindi you must try this recipe and if you don’t like Bhindi then you must definitely try it π
